Future Manufacturing and Trade Summit 2019 kicks off in Dubai on September 10

The annual Future Manufacturing and Trade Summit 2019 will be held on September 10 and will last for two days at the Intercontinental Festival City Hotel under the patronage of HE Suhail bin Mohammed Faraj Fares Al Mazroui, Minister of Energy and Industry.
The summit will be hosted by Dubai Export Development Corporation (DEDC), one of Dubai’s economic institutions in cooperation with Expo Trade Middle East.
More than 1,000 senior industry, supply chain, logistics, IT and manufacturing professionals are attending the event.
The industrial sector contributed 9.2% to Dubai’s GDP, reflecting a 30% growth in Dubai’s direct exports for the first quarter of 2019 compared to the same period last year with a 7% increase in re-exports.
The Summit program includes 16 presentations and 6 panel discussions focused on advanced manufacturing and production, IoT solution decoding, operational excellence, flexible strategies, the future of the industrial workforce and e-commerce transforming the future of logistics.
