Nakheel launches groundwork tender for Palm 360 project in Dubai

Nakheel has announced the launch of its groundbreaking project for the construction of Palm 360, located in Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, comprising two hotel and residential towers.
The announcement of the tender comes at a time when Nakheel is evaluating drilling offers for the Palm 360 after it launched its tender last March. The Palm 360, the tallest building in Palm Jumeirah and 260 meters high, The Raffles Palm Dubai and the Raffles Residences Palm 360, as well as the world’s largest swimming pool, 170 meters above sea level, connecting the two towers as well as a range of facilities.
The project will be commissioned for construction in 2021 in the third quarter of this year.
