Dubai Municipality projects enrich real estate environment at Cityscape

Dubai Municipality will participate in Cityscape 2019, which opened today at the Dubai World Trade Center and runs until September 27.
HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Aviation Authority and Chairman of Emirates Group, visited the Dubai Municipality pavilion where he was received by Daoud Al Hajri, Director General and a number of officials in the municipality.
Al-Hajri said, “The exhibition is widely recognized as the largest and most influential in real estate investment and development in emerging markets. Our aim is to highlight the development efforts of the municipality to develop the infrastructure and urbanization of the city by presenting projects that contain the element of innovation and future visions. “.
“Every day, Dubai presents a new achievement for the world and constitutes a qualitative addition to human development because it is taking a strategic and deliberate pace to achieve its vision and we are facing a new challenge, to create new concepts and mechanisms of work that reshape the work system to be a gateway to the future and the application of future ideas.”
The Department’s pavilion contains many models and paintings that reflect the activities of the Department and the efforts of the municipality to preserve the environment in addition to future investment projects in the Emirate of Dubai and also presented a series of films that talk about its efforts in the development process and provide services to the community and modern systems followed by the Department in various fields.
Among the participating projects are the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library project, a distinguished project to serve the educational, cultural and tourism movement and one of the specialized projects associated with the latest technologies and a distinctive sign in Dubai tourist map and the Qur’anic Garden project, a modern cultural project that emerges from the civilizational and scientific achievement of Islam. The emirate’s tourist and leisure destinations allow visitors to enjoy wildlife from around the world.
Dubai Municipality’s projects at Cityscape include the Dubai Waste Treatment Center (DWTC), the first of its kind in the world in terms of absorptive capacity to treat solid waste and transform it into energy to enhance the sustainability of natural resources, integrated waste management and achieve the emirate’s strategic goals of diversion. Landfill by 2030 will also contribute to the Dubai Clean Energy Strategy.
The exhibition featured the Dubai Frame, which is one of the most modern cultural landmarks in the country. Dubai tells its story through time from its inception to the implementation of its ambitious plans to achieve a bright future.
