Bahrain Bourse closed Higher on Tuesday

Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,538.31 points marking an increase of 5.49 points above  the previous closing .

This increase was due to the rise  in the Commercial Banks Sector and Industrial Sector.

Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 753.98 points marking a decrease of 1.69 points below  the previous closing .

Results indicated that 132 equity transactions took place with a volume of 4,991,619 worth BD 1,459,371.

Results also indicated that one  REIT transaction took place with a volume of 12,000 worth BD1,080  representing %0.07 of the total value of securities traded.

Investors  traded  mainly in  the Commercial Banks Sector representing %87.08 of the total value of securities traded.
