Mukesh Ambani buys a second villa in Dubai for 600 million dirhams

Bloomberg reported that India’s second-richest man boosted his real estate empire in Dubai by buying another beachside villa, breaking his previous record for the city’s most expensive residential real estate deal in a matter of months, according to people familiar with the matter.

Mukesh Ambani bought Villa Mansionon in Palm Jumeirah last week for about $163 million (600 million dirhams) from the family of Kuwaiti businessman Mohammed Al-Shaya.

In August, Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani’s company, Reliance Industries, bought an $80 million (Dh294 million) beachfront villa in Dubai, the city’s largest ever residential real estate deal.
