Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 1.7 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed today the registration of 467 pledges of allegiance at a value of 1.55 billion dirhams, including 63 pledges of allegiance to land, at a value of 628.47 million dirhams, and 404 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, at a value of 916.76 million dirhams.
The most important land sales came with a value of 181 million dirhams in the “Dubai Islands” region, followed by a pledge of 137 million dirhams in the “Dubai Islands” region, followed by a pledge of 65 million dirhams in the second Al Quoz region. Al-Habibiya 5th district topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, as it recorded 24 pledges of pledge of allegiance at a value of 90 million dirhams, followed by the city of Hind 4, with 21 pledges of homage at a value of 31 million dirhams, and a third in Al Quoz Al Thani, with 4 pledges of pledge of 105 million dirhams.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, the sale amounted to 54 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area as the most important sale, followed by the sale of 25 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally the sale of 18 million dirhams in the Al Raffa area. Al Barsha, south of the fourth district, topped the areas in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 52 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 47 million dirhams, followed by the Airport City area, with 46 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 126 million dirhams, and a third in the Business Bay, with 36 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 51 million dirhams.
The mortgages recorded a value of 140.88 million dirhams, of which 11 land mortgages amounted to 16.33 million dirhams, and 76 mortgages for villas and apartments amounted to 124.55 million dirhams. As for donations, 20 donations were registered, with a value of 44.06 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Palm Jumeirah area, with a value of 17 million dirhams, and another in the Burj Khalifa area, with a value of 6.87 million dirhams.
