In the first session of August 2023, Emaar Properties rose to its highest level in more than 5 and a half years, since mid-December 2017.
The company’s share rose, on Tuesday, by 3.7%, breaching the barrier of 7 dirhams for the first time, to close at 7.01 dirhams by the end of Tuesday’s session.
The stock topped the Dubai Financial Market, recording a liquidity of about 156 million dirhams.
The general index of the Dubai Financial Market rose 0.44%, adding 18 points, to consolidate its gains at 4077 points, supported by an almost collective rise in the real estate and financial sectors.
