Sharjah-based real estate developer Arad has announced the launch of its new residential community, The Boulevard, as part of the mega-project in the heart of the emirate of Sharjah, with three nine-storey residential towers each in the modern East Village community.
The Boulevard will be launched at the Cityscape World Expo, which begins tomorrow at the Dubai World Trade Center and will begin construction work in the residential complex next year, where the first bouquet of homes will be handed over to the owners by the end of 2022.
Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Chairman of Arad, said: “We have enjoyed exceptional positive feedback from investors and buyers in the East Village community, 85 per cent of which has been sold to date. It is located close to the main center of Aljada, which is an integrated leisure destination in the UAE and a modern business park that we are developing in our mega project in the heart of Sharjah.
He added: “We are confident that our new residential complex will be widely accepted by many categories thanks to its carefully selected designs and world-class service facilities within a distinctive setting of spacious green spaces.”
The total sales value of Aljada is AED 24 billion and, when completed, will contribute to changing the landscape of Sharjah.
It was unveiled in September 2017 under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
The largest mixed-use development in the history of Sharjah, Aljada is the last major piece of land that is not built in the heart of the emirate.
