The Dubai Land Department honored the winners of the third Gulf Property Awards 2019 at a ceremony held today in Dubai in the presence of Sultan Butti Bin Mujrin, Director General of Dubai Land and a number of its officials and representatives of the companies and candidates for the award.
This comes within the framework of enhancing the role of the Department aimed at promoting excellence and innovation in the real estate sector in the GCC and the region in general, and underlining its leadership in establishing and disseminating best practices in this sector.
This year’s award, organized by Dubai Land through its Dubai Real Estate Institute, in partnership with UDS International, was successful in its third edition with the aim of valuing the efforts of all individuals and institutions who have made a remarkable change in the real estate industry at the level of Region and world.
During the ceremony, the winners of 22 categories were honored. The Department received more than 100 nomination files, which increased the level of competition and raised the challenge for the jury to present the best files representing the tremendous real estate development witnessed in the region.
