More than 90 Brazilian companies to participate in Gulfood 2019

The Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce announced the participation of more than 90 Brazilian companies specializing in food and beverages at Gulfood 2019, which will be held from February 17 to 21 at the Dubai World Trade Center.
“Gulfood 2019 is an important platform for increasing trade and investment opportunities between Brazil and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries as well as enhancing cooperation efforts between the two sides to achieve the desired growth and development,” said Rubens Hanoun, President of the Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce. .
Brazil exported US $ 11.48 billion worth of goods to the Arab world in 2018. Brazilian exports to the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait recorded US $ 2 billion, US $ 2.13 billion, US $ 2.1 billion and US $ 227 million, respectively.
