Riyadh Chamber launched an initiative to establish training courses with a capacity of 1,000 free seats to qualify professional human resource specialists for job seekers of both sexes and Saudis working in small and medium enterprises to contribute to enabling these establishments to establish human resources departments capable of creating their working environment to settle their workforce. .
The Chamber also seeks to meet the operational requirements of human resources departments in the private sector to enable them to interact constructively with the initiatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development to raise the efficiency of the labor market And repair its distortions.
Al-Shathri said that the new Chamber’s initiative is to allocate 1,000 free seats for both sexes in the course of qualifying human resource specialists. The course includes a number of axes including work systems, social security, electronic services for work and insurance, procedures and models of human resources departments, Energy and labor inspection and labor disputes.
