Al-Ahsa Municipality offers 68 investment opportunities

Al-Ahsa Municipality has offered 68 investment opportunities for investors and entrepreneurs, as part of the investment opportunities to be offered during the current year 2023 AD, through the municipal investment platform “Foras”, to develop the investment system, develop revenues and enhance the elements of quality of life in line with the Kingdom’s vision 2030 AD and involve the private sector in developing the field. Investing in the municipal sector and achieving concepts of sustainability in it.
The secretariat explained that these opportunities include multiple commercial, industrial, health and recreational activities and fields, including the establishment of a health college, the entertainment and investment development of existing parks, the establishment and investment of complexes and commercial stores, the investment of an adventure games site, the development of a food cart site, sites for factories and warehouses, and sites for industries. Light and craft workshops, investing in an entertainment corner and kiosks, in addition to operating, developing and maintaining Al-Kout Park on an area of 3,500 square meters and Al-Manizla Town Park on an area of 9,627 square meters.
She called on investors and entrepreneurs wishing to participate to apply for it and view the details of investment opportunities through the digital portal for municipal investment or the smart application “Foras”.
