Sharjah Economic Department reorganizes the practice of trading used auto spare parts

Sharjah, May 23 / The Department of Economic Development in Sharjah has reorganized practicing the activity of trading used auto parts in the emirate due to the importance of this activity, by amending the geographical scope of the areas allowed to practice this activity, as the department identified the areas in which those wishing to practice this activity in it to include Industrial Zone No. (4) in addition to the previous areas in which this activity is permitted, which are Industrial Zones No. (3,5,6,8,10,11,12,13), the Sharjah Complex for Scrap, Heavy Machinery and Spare Parts project in Hanno, and Al Saja’a Industrial Zone.

This comes within the framework of the department’s efforts to attract investors in coordination with the competent authorities in the emirate by providing more investment opportunities in areas with advanced infrastructure, facilities and services of high quality, markets and specialized areas for various sectors, especially in used car spare parts, which enhances the role of the sector and the position of the emirate as a destination. His Excellency Sultan Abdullah bin Hadda Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Department of Economic Development in Sharjah, said that the department has organized sites for practicing the activity of trading used auto spare parts in the emirate in an effort to develop and advance its services provided to customers and adopt everything that would provide more investment opportunities in the emirate, stressing The department is always keen to support and develop the services provided to the business sector in the emirate in accordance with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, and with the close follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Council. Executive Council, which stipulates providing all facilities to the investor sector in Sharjah to improve the economic situation and provide a stimulating environment for investment.

For his part, Fahd Al-Khamiri, Director of the Registration and Licensing Department at the Sharjah Economic Development Department, explained that the Sharjah economy is keen to strengthen its relationship with the private sector in order to find out the needs of the business sector and provide more facilities to it. Global, pointing out that based on the Department’s keenness on the interest of community members, the Department has taken it upon itself to organize the practice of economic activities in a way that guarantees all parties their rights, especially that they are authorized to issue and monitor licenses in the emirate.
