Closing of Offering No. (07-2018) of Sukuk Kingdom in Saudi Arabia

The Saudi Ministry of Finance announced the completion of the reception of additional investors’ requests for local issuance (07-2018) through the re-opening of the Offering (07-2018) under the Saudi Government Sukuk Program in Saudi Riyals. Billion to SAR 7.465 billion.
The issue was divided into three segments: First tranche, SR 250.2 billion for sukuk payable in 2023 and second tranche of SR 0.500 billion for sukuk payable in 2025. The third tranche is SR 1.250 billion, In the year 2028 AD.
