The Economist: The UAE is among the fastest growing until 2050, at 2.8% annually, outperforming China, Turkey, Mexico and Colombia

The UAE ranked among the top twenty in the index of the fastest growing markets in the world, according to a report by the British Economist magazine between 2022 to 2050, outperforming major countries such as China, Turkey, Mexico, Kazakhstan, Nigeria and Colombia. According to the report, the UAE economy is achieving a growth of 2.8% annually up to the year 2050.

The report confirmed that the UAE outperformed China, which is achieving 2% annual growth, Turkey 2.6%, Mexico 2.2%, Kazakhstan 2.6%, Nigeria 2.6% and Colombia 2.5%.

While the report confirmed that the Indian economy is the fastest growing, achieving 5.3% annually, Bangladesh 5%, Vietnam 4.8%, the Philippines 4.5% and Indonesia 3.8%.
