Abu Dhabi’s non-oil trade rose to 122.2 billion dirhams

The value of non-oil foreign trade through the ports of Abu Dhabi reached 122.2 billion dirhams during the first nine months of 2018 with a growth of 5.2% compared to 116.1 billion dirhams in the same period of 2017.
The increase in the non-oil trade of the emirate, according to figures issued by the Statistics Center Abu Dhabi today, as a result of the increase in the value of trade re-export, which amounted to 18.4 billion dirhams in the period from January to the end of September this year growth of 1.9%.
The value of imports increased to AED 85.5 billion, an increase of 1.1% compared to AED 84.5 billion in the same period of the same period. Exports increased from AED 15.6 billion to AED 18.4 billion, a growth of 17.8%.
