The Department of Trade Control and Consumer Protection at the Department of Economic Development in Dubai organized a workshop on consumer-friendly standards in the presence of major outlets and business groups in Dubai.
The workshop aimed at explaining to the business community about the criteria to develop the mechanism of dealing between the consumer and the merchant in Dubai. – which is applied for the first time at the level of the region -.
The workshop was attended by more than 95 representatives from various sectors including retail, retail, gold, jewelery, electronics, perfumes, personal care, transport, food and other sectors. The event agenda included a presentation on consumer-friendly standards and its mechanism And its role in enhancing the customer experience in terms of the services provided to them by the owners of commercial establishments in Dubai.
The Dubai economy is keen to provide business owners with all new regulations and initiatives that serve them and enhance the competitiveness of their business and service to customers and thus the sustainability of their business activities in the Emirate of Dubai.
