Separate areas of the country witnessed, on Sunday, light to medium rains continued as a result of the state being affected by a surface depression, accompanied by an extension of an air depression in the upper layers of the atmosphere, and the National Center of Meteorology expected rain next Wednesday morning.
Light to moderate rains began at 4 am on Madinat Zayed in the Al Dhafra region, and Abu Dhabi and its environs witnessed light to medium rains yesterday and extended to the city of Mohammed bin Zayed, Al Mafraq, Bani Yas and Al Shawamekh. Other areas also witnessed light rain in Al Lusaili, Dubai, and separate areas in Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
