UAE: Crises put human health and food at stake during a media meeting organized by “Climate Change” and the World Food Program in Dubai

Maryam bint Mohammed Saeed Hareb Al Muhairi, Minister of Climate Change and Environment, said that the crises and challenges facing our world today put the health, food and lives of millions of people at stake, without distinguishing between developed or poor countries. She added that what we are witnessing is an accelerating exacerbation of the repercussions of climate change, conflicts and turmoil in many regions, which directly affected the availability of food and the resilience and continuity of supply chains, threatening everyone to fall under the influence of food insecurity.
