UAE .. Formation of Foreign Direct Investment Committee

The Cabinet, chaired by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, approved the establishment and construction of payment systems in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
The Cabinet also adopted an amendment to the Commercial Agencies Law, which allows it to become a public and private family corporation.
