Saudi Telecom publishes evidence on the regulatory framework for cloud computing

The Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) today announced the publication of evidence for the Kingdom’s cloud computing regulatory framework, which includes a cloud computing service guide for individual customers, businesses and private entities, as well as a special directory for cloud service providers. The CITC issued the regulatory framework for cloud computing on 20/5/1439 AH after studying and evaluating the experiences of other countries and taking public statements. The regulatory framework comes into effect on 20/6/1439 AH (30 days) from a public bulletin.
