Muhammad bin Ahmed al-Bawardi, Minister of State for Defense Affairs, received at the Monday Library, Lieutenant-General Muhammad Zaki, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and Military Production in the Arab Republic of Egypt, during his official visit to the country. The visit comes within the framework of the constant keenness to discuss regional and international developments, ways to support and strengthen military cooperation relations, and the exchange of military expertise between the armed forces of the two countries. The meeting was attended by Lieutenant-General Hamad Mohammed Thani Al Rumaithi, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, and Matar Salem Al Dhaheri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Defense. Al Bowardi welcomed General Mohamed Zaki and his accompanying delegation, and reviewed the brotherly relations of cooperation between the UAE and the Arab Republic of Egypt.
