Aldar Properties today announced the establishment of Provis to provide innovative solutions in the field of property management to customers in the context of its vision to provide exceptional destinations.
The new company was announced at a ceremony attended by H.E. Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of Aldar Properties, Talal Al-Dhiaibi, CEO of Aldar Properties, Jassem Saleh Boussaibah, Chief Executive Officer, Aldar Properties, Chairman of Provis, In addition to a number of senior leaders in Aldar Properties, Khadmah and Profis.
Provis provides management and consulting services for real estate management as well as management and consulting services for the Owners, Sales and Leasing Association as well as the management of leisure facilities.
Jassim Saleh Bousaibah said that the establishment of Profis aims to enhance innovation in the real estate management sector. He pointed out that the new company will manage the properties previously managed by the asset management teams in Khadmah and ALDAR Properties, which will support the efficiency of the services especially with Introducing more innovative technology solutions.
Provis will adopt innovative solutions and use the latest technology to add real value to the properties it manages at every stage of the life span of the property.
Provis provides comprehensive property management services under one roof to more than 13,500 units managed by the Property Department and more than 14,000 units under the management of the Owners Association and thousands of properties sold and leased across the country.
