The Ministry of Housing and the Saudi Real Estate Development Fund have announced the fifth installment of the “Residential” program for 2018, with a total of 21612 subsidized loans, housing units and land free, distributed throughout the Kingdom, within the target of the program during the current year, amounting to 300 thousand products, During the first five months, 105,174 housing and financing options were allocated.
During the press conference in Jeddah, the ministry explained the details of the fifth installment and its geographic distribution, noting that this batch includes the allocation of 8115 housing units under construction “Selling on the Map”, in partnership with real estate developers, distributed in the area of ​​Makkah 7279, Eastern Region 836, The total number of freehold land is 5,197 in six areas including 773 in Riyadh, 749 in Qassim, 2208 in the Eastern Province, 610 in Asir, 749 in the Northern Region and 108 in Al Jawf.
The installment includes 8300 mortgage loans from the Real Estate Development Fund in partnership with banks and financial institutions distributed across all regions of the Kingdom, including 2189 in Riyadh, Makkah 1346, Madinah 706, Qassim 724, Eastern 1015, Asir 609 and Tabuk In 1992, Hail 308, the northern border at 234, Jazan with 169, Njran B311, and the courtyard of 162, and the cave with 228.
