JD 2000 Income tax exemption for persons with permanent disability in Jordan

The Jordanian Income and Sales Tax Department affirmed that the law amending the Income Tax Law, which guarantees a humanitarian gesture towards persons with permanent and permanent disabilities, states that special exemption levels for persons with disabilities are added to personal exemptions, maintenance, treatment expenses, education, rent and benefits of housing and Murabaha loans.
Where the value of the exemption of two thousand dinars for each person with disabilities continuing and permanent, despite the provision of government agencies for persons with disabilities services and treatments, the commitment of the Government with the families and parents and disabled persons, continuing and permanent as a result of the expenses incurred because of this disability.
