The State Public Prosecution: Entering a home against the will of its owner is a crime punishable by law

The State Public Prosecution explained, through a film material that it published on its social media accounts, on Wednesday, the penalty for violating the sanctity of the property of others.

The Public Prosecution indicated that, in accordance with Article 474 of Federal Decree-Law No. 31 of 2021 issuing the Crimes and Penalties Law, anyone who enters an inhabited place or a place prepared for housing or one of its appurtenances or A place prepared for keeping money or real estate against the will of the person concerned and in other than the cases specified in the law, as well as whoever remains in it against the will of the one who has the right to take it out or is found hidden from the eyes of the one who has this right, and the court shall order the evacuation of the convict from the crime scene.
