The Cityscape exhibition was launched today under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces. The exhibition will witness participation from 10 different countries and the presence of more than 80 developers locally, regionally and internationally. The three-day event will be held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center where participants will showcase a range of real estate projects tailored to the needs of the target groups of investors and buyers. The agenda includes three main events, the Cityscape Conference, under the theme “Future Prospects for Organizational and Technical Innovation” and the Cityscape Dialogues, which will be available to visitors for two days from 17 to 18 April 2019, Decision makers, government and private sector officials, real estate professionals and experts to discuss the most important issues that can support and develop real estate in line with future changes. “Cityscape Dialogues will address design and sustainability issues at the Design Dialogue session Uh Architects and planning specialists from around the world This session will focus on providing a comprehensive and integrated view of future designs and their impact on environmental sustainability and happiness, and how architects can respond to and deal with technical changes and developments and examine the feasibility of designs that support sustainability. The dialogue session will be presented to him on the design and construction of the Louvre Abu Dhabi Museum, designed by the award-winning French architect Jean-Nouvel.
And the exhibitors at Cityscape, the Supreme Institution for Specialized Economic Zones, Al Dar, Bani Yas Investment and Development, and others. Officials of real estate development companies and experts expressed their optimism for the current session, which started according to the indicators of an increase in demand for projects, especially land projects.
The agenda of the exhibition includes the “daring out of the ordinary” which will discuss in depth the technological revolution in real estate and the impact of industrial intelligence applications and databases in improving the performance of companies and real estate institutions in various fields of administrative, construction, maintenance, land registration services and legal services to adopt the latest technology.
