A research team from Khalifa University of Science and Technology in Abu Dhabi has developed sustainable refrigerants, by combining molecular modeling with machine learning, integrating engineering, green chemistry, and artificial intelligence. which was applied to 18 third- and fourth-generation refrigerants, in determining the relationship between molecular characterization and the molecular criteria needed to satisfy the thermodynamic properties to develop a new, efficient and environmentally safe refrigerant.
