In terms of holiday home units, the prices of accommodation nights vary according to the unit’s size, location, location and number of people, especially since these units vary between studios and apartments with more than one room, in addition to villas and penthouses.

Reservations data showed that there are holiday homes units offered for reservation in Dubai, during the New Year’s Eve, amounting to 155,000 dirhams, in exchange for a penthouse for 8 people in the “JBR” area.

An apartment with more than one room was offered for reservation at a value of 66,000 dirhams for one night, to accommodate only 3 people, in the “Dubai Marina” area.

A luxury villa for one night reservation, accommodating 8 people, is offered at a value of 58,000 dirhams in Palm Jumeirah, while villas and other apartment units are offered in the category of holiday homes between 1,000 and 20,000 dirhams.

According to the data, Dubai provides a wide range of hotel accommodations, from tourist hotels to luxury, and the option of holiday homes has become a preferred option for visitors from some international markets.
