The sale of two plots of land for 800 million dirhams in the “Palm Jumeirah” 2.1 billion dirhams, daily actions of Dubai real estate

On Thursday, real estate transactions in Dubai amounted to more than 2.1 billion dirhams, as the Dubai Land Department recorded 401 sales with a value of 1.69 billion dirhams, including 28 sales of land with a value of one billion dirhams and 373 sales of apartments and villas with a value of 687.26 million dirhams.
The most important land pledges worth AED 600 million in the Palm Jumeirah area, followed by a pledge of AED 207 million in the Palm Jumeirah area, followed by a pledge of AED 25 million in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area.
