485 apartments and villas sold for 1.08 billion dirhams within 24 hours in Dubai, 1.8 billion dirhams, Thursday’s transactions

Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 1.8 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed, on Thursday, the registration of 537 allegiances worth 1.33 billion dirhams, including 52 sales of land, worth 246.5 million dirhams, and 485 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with a value of 1.08 billion dirhams.

The most important land pledges worth AED 37 million in the fourth district of Al Hebiya, followed by a pledge of AED 22 million in the Gardens of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid area, followed by a pledge of AED 19 million in the Palm Deira area

Al Habiyah Fifth District topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, with 19 pledges worth 58 million dirhams, followed by Jebel Ali First area with 14 pledges worth 57 million dirhams, and the third in Al Habiyah Third with 4 pledges worth 21 million dirhams.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 52 million dirhams in the second Jumeirah area came as the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of 40 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally a pledge of 21 million dirhams in the first Umm Suqeim area.
Al Wasl region topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, which recorded 42 pledges of 120 million dirhams, followed by the Business Bay area with 41 pledges of 71 million dirhams, and third in Al Barsha South Fourth, with 37 pledges of 31 million dirhams.
Mortgages recorded a value of 419.73 million dirhams, including 22 mortgages of land with a value of 151.68 million dirhams, and 76 mortgages of villas and apartments with a value of 268.05 million dirhams.
As for donations, 42 donations worth 143.1 million dirhams were registered, the most important of which were in the Dubai Marina with a value of 40 million dirhams, and another in the Muraqqabat area with a value of 33 million dirhams.
