529 apartments and villas were sold for 1.3 billion dirhams within 24 hours in Dubai

Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than two billion dirhams, as the department witnessed, on Monday, the registration of 574 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 1.76 billion dirhams, including 45 pledges of allegiance to lands, at a value of 451.55 million dirhams, and 529 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, at a value of 1.31 billion dirhams.

The most important land sales came with a value of 83 million dirhams in the Al Barsha area, south of the fourth, followed by a pledge of 62 million dirhams in the Wadi Al Safa 3 area, followed by a pledge of 36 million dirhams in the third district of Al Habiya.

The fifth region of Al-Habibia topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, as it recorded 15 sales at a value of 42 million dirhams, followed by Wadi Al-Safa 3, with 10 sales at a value of 140 million dirhams, and a third in Merkad, with 4 sales at a value of 31 million dirhams.

As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, it came with a sale of 69 million dirhams in the World Islands region, as the most important sale, followed by a sale of 61 million dirhams in the World Islands region, and finally a sale of 27 million dirhams in the Al Wasl region.

Al Barsha, south of the fourth district, topped the areas in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 83 sales, at a value of 65 million dirhams, followed by Dubai Marina, with 59 sales, at a value of 244 million dirhams, and a third in Business Bay, with 38 sales at a value of 63 million dirhams.

The mortgages recorded a value of 275.8 million dirhams, of which 20 land mortgages amounted to 122.57 million dirhams and 90 mortgages for villas and apartments amounted to 153.23 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the fourth Al Thanyah area with a value of 93 million dirhams and another in the Palm Jumeirah area with a value of 28 million dirhams.

As for donations, 12 donations were recorded, with a value of 41.02 million dirhams, the most important of which was in Al Barsha, south of the third, with a value of 27 million dirhams, and another in the second Jumeirah area, with a value of 4 million dirhams.
