Registration of the sale of a residential apartment for 420 million dirhams in Dubai

Dubai real estate transactions recorded the sale of a residential apartment today, Thursday, at a value of 420 million dirhams within the “Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab” project, consisting of 5 rooms and 3 parking spaces, with a total area of ​​2522 square meters, according to the data of the website of the “Department of Lands and Properties” in the emirate.

With this deal, “Marsa Al Arab” topped the list of the most expensive apartments sold in Dubai since the beginning of 2023, and an apartment within the “Bulgari Lighthouse” project came in second place, with a value of 410 million dirhams.
Thus, the apartment broke the record for apartment prices in Dubai, which was recorded earlier this year in the “Bulgari Lighthouse” project, when one of the project’s apartments was sold for 410 million dirhams.
The local real estate market in Dubai also achieved the sale of two commercial plots of land, with a total value of more than 460 million dirhams, in Dubai Marina, with a flat area of 3,250 square meters for each of the two deals.
