Cooperation between Dubai Land and Emirates Council for Investors Abroad

The Dubai Land Department has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Emirates Council for Overseas Investors (EIPA) to enhance strategic cooperation and exchange of expertise between the two entities.
The MoU aims at exchanging knowledge, experiences and institutional experiences at all levels, exchanging ideas, information and related studies, and helping the UAE Council for Foreign Investors to translate its message and vision, and build bridges of cooperation and open channels of communication with all entities and departments and representatives of institutions internally and externally.
Sultan bin Mujrin, Director General of Dubai Land said that the MoU aims at building effective cooperation between the two parties to achieve the common strategic goals. The two sides will analyze the data and information provided by each party and study its impact on the emirate and UAE investors abroad. This move will support initiatives that promote investment in the real estate sector.
Majda Ali Rashed, Executive Director of the Real Estate Investment Promotion and Management Department at DED, said that the MoU supports the steps taken to promote real estate, increase confidence in the real estate sector in Dubai and access to the real estate market and services provided by Dubai Land. Among investors, in addition to organizing joint meetings, seminars and conferences, called upon by institutions and commercial companies wishing and interested in investing abroad to introduce investment opportunities, laws and accurate analysis of the market in the host countries to achieve investment Aimed at expanding anybody as long and diversify the economy.
Gamal Saif Al Jarwan said that the Emirates Council for Investors Abroad was established in the context of efforts to encourage economic diversification policies in light of the expansion and growth witnessed by the private sector in the country, as well as creating a supportive environment to support national companies abroad.
