“My Appraisal” smart application organizes the work of real estate residents in Dubai

The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) of the Dubai Land Department launched the Smart Application for Real Estate Evaluators (“My Ratings”).
The “My Assessment” application provides excellent services to real estate owners, investors and all stakeholders in real estate appraisal and helps them to get these services easily without the need to follow routine procedures that take more time and need a lot of effort.
“My Assessment” will be one of the smart platforms provided by the Foundation to connect residents and their clients. Owners and landlords can view the approved residents of the institution, choose the right provider for their services and request an assessment of their properties. Evaluation companies can add applications on behalf of their clients. Applications or rejection or coordination with applicants .. while residents will have – upon completion of the evaluation – the option to submit the evaluation summary and issue a certificate for the evaluation request.
Eng. Marwan bin Ghalaita, CEO of RERA, said: “Organizing valuations in the real estate market is an important task to control the performance of real estate residents and to provide the most suitable environment for investors.” Executive Board Resolution 37 of 2015 regulates all aspects of valuations The real estate sector in the emirate is entrusted with the task of organizing and registering real estate residents. He pointed out that the projects of the strategic real estate organization emphasizes the importance of launching smart applications that contribute to meeting the expectations of the customers and providing them with data to support the Investment skills.
