The University of Sharjah hosts a training workshop for protection from harm organized by the Emirates Scouts and the Arab Organization

The University of Sharjah hosted the activities of the training workshop entitled “Protection from Harm”, which was organized by the Emirates Scout Association, in cooperation with the Arab Scout Organization and the Emirates Foundation for School Education. It aims to introduce and raise awareness of the concept of protection from harm for male and female students in state universities and all scout and guide leaders who are members of the Emirates Scout Association.

The workshop began with a speech by Dr. Eid Muhammad Kanaan, Dean of Student Affairs at the University of Sharjah, in which he welcomed the attendees, pointing to the role that the university plays in raising awareness and care for all its students of all nationalities and cultures in order to preserve them and provide a safe educational and study environment.
