Dana Gas receives AED 70 million from its operations in Egypt

Dana Gas, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), has received a new AED 70 million ($ 19 million) payment from its operations in Egypt.
This payment is part of the ongoing efforts by the Government of Egypt to reduce its arrears in zero to 2019.
The company said in a statement posted on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange website that the payment it received consists of $ 10 million received from the Egyptian government in Egyptian pounds and $ 9 million from the sale of a shipment of condensers Wastani.
It is noteworthy that the company’s arrears in Egypt amounted to about $ 140 million on December 31, 2018, “515 million dirhams.”
