Inviting banks to participate in the subscription of “ADNOC Logistics”

An ADNOC spokesperson said the group is exploring a number of strategic options, including a possible initial public offering of a minority stake for its logistics and shipping unit.

“Reuters” quoted informed sources as saying that the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company invited banks to participate in an initial public offering of its marine and logistics unit.

The sources said banks are seeking roles this week in ADNOC’s latest initial public offering, which is scheduled for next year.
