The Chinese team’s boat, led by Peter Morin, came in second place with a time of 46.11 seconds, while the Sharjah boat 11, led by Sami Sileo, came in third place, with a time of 46.17 seconds, and Abu Dhabi boat 1 (the defending champion), led by Sean Torrente, in fourth place, with a time of 17 seconds. 46.80 seconds.
The speed competitions were held in 3 stages, in the last of which 6 boats qualified, with Anderson achieving the best time, and with this result, he ensured that he would be the first in the main race of the round, which starts tomorrow morning, Sunday.
The UAE boats start from the third and fourth places, as the Abu Dhabi boat 2, led by Rashid Al Qamzi, qualified for the second stage of the time qualifiers and finished seventh in the race, to have a great opportunity to move forward and compensate for the result in the main race.
The race begins on a 1986-meter track on the waters of the Yellow River in the city of Changzhou, with the participation of 20 boats, led by the Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Victorian teams from the Emirates, in a strong and exciting presence.
Nasser Al Dhaheri, Head of the Abu Dhabi Team Mission, confirmed that the competition for the title of the main race will be very strong due to the strong preparation of everyone.
He explained that the conditions of the “best time” race witnessed many changes, and the most important thing is that the Abu Dhabi boat 1 is in the lead and can advance to a better position in the main race, and Rashid Al Qamzi on the Abu Dhabi boat 2 also has the opportunity to adjust his position and move forward through the stages of the race.
Al Dhaheri expressed his hope that the team would achieve the lead and defend its title, which it won this season.
