The 21st Middle East Iron and Steel Conference, which will be held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, was held on December 11-12. SABIC, represented by Saudi Iron and Steel Company, participated in the conference to study and chart the future of this sector next year.
SABIC was the gold sponsor of the conference, which hosted more than 800 of the leading companies in the field of iron and steel in the Middle East. This annual event brings together the most important players in the iron and steel industry to create opportunities for collaboration and partnerships.
The conference is particularly important given the booming growth in the Middle East and for the Kingdom in particular. Projects that are part of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, such as Neum, Al Qadeeh Entertainment City, Red Sea Project, , And the development of the housing sector, which is a significant increase in the consumption of iron and steel products in the region.
