The Ministry of Housing has announced the completion of 40% of the project “Retaj Mecca” launched last month within the projects of “residential” and is located in the neighborhood of Nawariyah in the northern entrance to the holy capital, stressing that the third phase of the project will be launched after the holiday of Eid al-Fitr, After the reservations of the second phase of the project near completion.
The ministry explained that the total number of bookings in the housing project “Rtaj Mecca” amounted to about 900 housing units of the total units of the project, which is 4500 housing units ranging from villas and apartments, indicating that the end of working hours yesterday, the second phase of the project, the total of 2000 units to complete , And will be the third phase of it with the start of work after the holiday of Eid al-Fitr directly.
The Ministry of Housing launched the project “Rtaj Mecca” in a series of projects, “Housing” launched by the Ministry of Housing during the last period and aims to pump thousands of housing units in various regions of the Kingdom, to meet the aspirations of beneficiaries of housing support and provide a variety of options in terms of designs and models, As well as areas and prices, where it confirmed the continuation of pumping more units during the coming period in different regions of the Kingdom.
The project coincides with the Ministry’s launch of 13 residential units under construction on the map during the past two months in a number of cities including Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Yanbu, Dammam and Khobar, providing more than 25,000 residential units Between villas, apartments and townhouses at prices ranging from 250 thousand to 750 thousand.
