Residential signed two agreements for the construction of 11 thousand housing units in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

The Ministry of Housing signed two agreements with two real estate development companies to create more than 11,000 housing units in Jeddah for beneficiaries of the program “Residential”, in conjunction with the announcement of the tenth installment of the beneficiaries of the program.
The number of housing units in the first project (Rawabi Hijaz), which is held on land owned by the private sector 9502 housing units, while the second project (housing Jeddah airport), which is located on the land of the Ministry, on 2203 housing units, bringing the total housing units 11705 units of type Residential apartment under construction “Selling on the map”, with prices ranging from 342 thousand to 681 thousand riyals, while the housing units reach 252 square meters.
