Sultan of Oman to approve the budget of 2019

Oman’s Sultan Qaboos bin Said has issued a decree authorizing the ratification of the state budget for fiscal year 2019, Oman News Agency reported.
The total revenues estimated for the state budget for 2019, calculated based on the price of oil (58) US dollars per barrel about 10 billion and 100 million riyals.
Total public expenditure was estimated at RO 12 billion and 900 million ($ 33.5 billion), an increase of RO 400 million over the estimated expenditure for 2018.
Accordingly, the deficit in the 2019 budget is RO 2.8 billion.
