Abu Dhabi Police warns drivers not to hide the vehicle plate data

Abu Dhabi Police called on drivers not to hide their license plate data in any way, such as loading bicycles or other purposes for which it is not possible to monitor plate numbers or distinguish the category and source.

And she stated that Article No. 27 “b” of the Federal Traffic and Traffic Law stipulates that perpetrators of actions that may lead to “unclear license plate numbers” will be fined 400 dirhams.
And she emphasized keenness to intensify traffic control and take legal measures for violating any vehicle that does not abide by clarifying its plate numbers in accordance with the Federal Traffic and Traffic Law.
