The seizures included more than 4,000 dead chicken dishes weighing 450 kg and 1928 an unpublished chicken dish with no commercial data, in an environment contrary to safety requirements, in addition to large quantities of more than 200,000 dishes for packing and labels for date forgery, , And the stickers, and all the quantities were destroyed in the site, and call the owner of the business to complete the formal procedures, before referring the case file to the prosecution.
The Ministry of Commerce and Investment confirmed the continuation of its control rounds on the warehouses and all commercial establishments to ensure their regularity, the absence of fraudulent practices, fraudulent use of consumers and the exploitation of the demand to buy and sell any non-conforming, counterfeit or counterfeit goods. Which is committed in accordance with the Commercial Fraud Control Law, where the sale of any products contrary to the system is an offense that requires a fine of not more than one million riyals or imprisonment for a period not exceeding three years or both together with the closure of the establishment, in addition to publishing the summary of the judgment in two newspapers at the expense of the violator.
