 The exhibition “Residential Expo 2019 Asir”, organized by the Ministry of Housing and Real Estate Development Fund, will be held on July 4 to 8 at the King Fahad Cultural Center in Abha.
The exhibition aims to serve the beneficiaries of the “Residential” program, offering comprehensive residential and financing solutions to the beneficiaries that enable them to own their first home.
The exhibition “Residential Expo Asir 2019” in light of the successes achieved by “residential Expo” in the three previous stations in Riyadh, the Eastern Province and the Makkah Region, and what has been witnessed by these exhibitions of a large turnout of the beneficiaries of the Ministry and the Fund.
Through this exhibition, the Ministry of Housing and the Real Estate Development Fund will enable the beneficiaries of Sakany to facilitate their journey to own their first home by bringing together various stakeholders from real estate developers, contractors and financing institutions, and providing all housing and finance solutions under one roof.
The exhibition provides the beneficiaries with the opportunity to meet with the real estate consultant to provide them with a range of residential and financial solutions that will help them to obtain the housing that meets their needs and aptitudes. It also provides them with the opportunity to meet developers, contractors and financiers and to identify the financing solutions offered by the Real Estate Development Fund in partnership with The financing entities for the “subsidized mortgage loan” within a range of easy and soft programs that suit different segments.
The residential program provides beneficiaries with several housing and financing options including ready-made housing units within the Ministry’s projects as well as units under construction in partnership with qualified real estate developers, in addition to the option of buying ready-made housing units from the market, self-building of land owners, Which is delivered to beneficiaries in various regions of the Kingdom.
Through these options, the program seeks to enable citizens on the Ministry’s lists and the Real Estate Development Fund to obtain adequate housing, raise the proportion of ownership among citizens to 60% by 2020 and reach 70% by 2030.
