Collaboration between Abu Dhabi International and the New Zealand Corporate Registration Authority

The Abu Dhabi Global Market Registration Authority and the New Zealand Companies Registration Authority have announced a cooperation agreement in an effort to address the growing need for global business and to enhance the exchange of information, expertise and secondment opportunities.
The agreement was signed by Zahir bin Dhaher Al Muhairi, Chief Executive Officer of the Abu Dhabi Global Market Registration Authority, and Michael Brosenhan, Deputy Registrar of New Zealand Companies.
In accordance with the agreement, the Registration Authority and the New Zealand Companies Registration Authority will cooperate to promote mutual understanding of the legislative frameworks of both parties and to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of their organizational structure by increasing training opportunities and encouraging the exchange of information on public events in the relevant judicial authorities.
