The new employment law at the Dubai International Financial Center will come into force tomorrow

Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) has announced that the new Employment Law, Law No. 2 of 2019, will come into force tomorrow, August 28, 2019.
The new Employment Law underscores the commitment of the leading financial center in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia to apply the highest international standards and practices, with a focus on important topics such as paternity leave, paid sick leave and end of service benefits.
