The Dubai Police Operations Sector celebrates the 51st Union Day

His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, witnessed the celebration of the fifty-first Union Day, which was organized by the Dubai Police General Command, represented by the Operations Affairs Sector, in the General Administration of Bodies, Facilities and Emergency Security, under the slogan (Wise Leadership and the Journey of Giving), in the presence of a number of Assistants to the Commander-in-Chief, members of the consular corps, directors of public departments and police stations, elite social figures, artists, and a number of participants from various government departments and institutions, private schools, volunteers, and strategic partners.
His Excellency Lieutenant General Al Marri stressed the keenness of the Dubai Police General Command to celebrate this national occasion, which is dear to the hearts of all, and which aims to strengthen national cohesion among members of society and instill a culture of loyalty and belonging to the homeland.
The ceremony began with the playing of military music for the national anthem of the United Arab Emirates, then the poet Maryam Ahmed recited a poem on the love of the homeland, after which the students of GEMS Gulf National School performed the operetta “This is my country”, followed by a performance by the “k9” police dog teams, then presented Technical groups many national songs and folk dances.
During the event, His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police inspected the pavilions participating in the celebration, then memorial photos were taken with male and female students.
His Excellency Major General Abdullah Ali Al-Ghaithi, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Operations Affairs, thanked Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al-Marri for attending and participating in the celebrations of the Operations Affairs Sector, in addition to his thanks to members of the consular corps, social figures, directors of public departments and supporting police stations, and those participating in the celebration, including the General Administration of Transport and Rescue. The Ports Police Station, Al Rashidiya Police Station, and the Cycling Team.
