During 9 months, the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority has implemented about 8 million transactions for its customers through the digital channels provided by the Authority and its partners. The authority has completed the digital integration of more than 70 projects with government and private agencies, most notably the Dubai Digital Authority, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Roads and Transport Authority, Dubai Land Department, Dubai Health Authority, Dubai Department of Economic Development (Dubai Economy), 21 banks, and “Etisalat.” Du, ENOC, EPPCO, Noqodi Wallet, Western Union, and (EMPAY). Through this step, the provision of a wide range of services was facilitated, including bill payment, information update, electricity and water operation, housing fees adjustment, refunding amounts due, updating the trade license and others.
